*** Hummus labeled with "11/20" as the date. *** COS PIC said that this container was mislabeled, as they had the hummus that week, Tuesday 12/2. -Test strips provided expired on 2/24. Please get new test strips and be mindful of the expiration date in the future. -Make sure there is something to indicate what is and is not staff food. There are labeled areas in the fridge, but they are not big enough to contain all the staff food. -PIC informed me that they were getting a new dishwasher in the next few days, and that they had been in communication with Adam about this. |
